STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION
We invite you to call into us in our showroom where we will have a quick conversation about your project. By using our in store displays and your portfolio (your floor plans, a Pinterest board or whatever inspiration you may have gathered) ,our interior design team will ensure they have an understanding of your project requirements such as who will be using the bathroom, your bathroom style, the key requirements and how much you are looking to invest in your project. This initial consultation is free of charge and we allow up to 30 minutes per bathroom.
step 2 - home survey
After finalising the key details of your project, you can then book in your home survey. In our opinion this is a crucial step as we need to make the best possible use of the space. We also make sure to take key measurements and carefully consider factors like lighting and water flow that could impact the final design.
step 3 - interior design process
After the home visit our designers will review the options available for your bathroom project and research the best design solution to meet your brief. We will consult with our technical team to check product compatibility and availability. Then we will design a new floor plan and 3D render visuals for each wall of your room.
step 4 - the design presentation
Shortly after visiting your home, we will invite you back to the showroom to present our plans for your new bathroom. The presentation will include: the original brief, a scaled drawing of the suggested design solution, a moodboard of the suggested design solution (including samples of tiles, furniture and finishes) a 3D perspective drawing of the design solution that captures the style, size, layout and overall artistic look of the bathroom and a detailed quotation.
step 5 - installation
With the design signed off, we produce a detailed product specification. All products are specified and then placed on order. Delivery and installation is then arranged. At this stage we encourage you to sit back and relax while we project manage everything—from ordering the skip for demolition debris to coordinating plumbers, tilers, electricians, painters, and decorators. We’ll take care of all the details to turn your dream bathroom into a reality.
